Anyone that knows me or has read this blog, knows that I can't get enough of The Black Keys. I mean I still love the Kings of Leon; but, they've gone a lil soft on me. The Black Keys are just so grimy. Anyways, Dan Auerbach, put out a solo album called Keep it Hid and it's pretty damn amazing. Think The Black Keys; but, more complex. I've been in heaven. And if he said he wanted some more from me, I don't really know what I would. Actually, I take that back, I know exactly what I would do. And yes I like scruffy beards and 3 O'clock shadows, my friend Melissa says it looks like string cheese, I like string cheese, whatevs.
